Customised approach
Team coaching does not require a standard solution, but a customised approach. By carrying out an in-depth analysis, we are able to work together on finding the format of the team coaching.
Kick off = commitment
We are pioneers in that we precede team coaching with a ‘kick off’. During this brief meeting we propose a team coaching programme to all team members. They react to it and come up with suggestions.
It thus becomes ‘their’ team coaching so that their commitment is obvious.
Measuring results
