RIS® Reality – Insight – Solution

-
The trainer-coach starts from the current reality (R1)
- How does the participant perceive the current situation?
- This perception is the starting point of every project.
-
The participant defines the desired reality (R2)
- Which "new" reality (outcome) does the participant want?
- The participant is assisted to clearly formulate this "outcome"
-
By means of an thorough analysis of R1 and R2 both the trainer-coach and the participant will gain more in-depth insights in
- what lies at the basis of the current R1
- how the R2 can be achieved
- These insights form the basis for step 3
- The participant searches – assisted by the trainer-coach – for feasible solutions which he/she wants to implement.
-
The implementation of the solution requires 3 conditions:
- Active participation of the participant during the project
- Actual implementation of the solution by the participant
- Measuring the implementation (participant, N+1, trainer-coach)
