Our approach

Personal Development to Performance
We believe that performance is based on personal development.
Every project is therefore, by definition, a development process, in which we provide professional support to participants in their personal development.
We help participants question themselves and look at matters from a different point of view. Dit opent nieuwe perspectieven waardoor gerichte oplossingen gevonden worden. This opens new perspectives which makes it possible to focus on solutions.
We like a challenging approach but always within a secure learning environment.
Active – interactive – focused on experience - action
- Our projects are always active and interactive.
- We always base ourselves on the experience of participants.
- Recognisable cases are functionally integrated.
- Integration of relevant basic insights/basic models as 'fundaments'
- The participants are motivated to implement the (new) insights in their own (working) environment.
Learning methods
It goes without saying that we adapt our work methods to fit in with the (individual) learning process. Below you will find a few examples of methods we use on a regular basis.
-
Interactive group exercises
- Participants learn by doing.
- Group exercises differ depending on the intended learning goals: group coaching, group discussion, pair coaching, outdoor exercises.
-
Individual learning moments
- Questionnaires (self-assessment), experience-focused exercises, self-learning, …
-
Tailored role plays
- We always use concrete and recognisable role-playing material.
