Individual MBTI® debriefing interviews

Years ago Bureau Jos Moons chose to always conduct the MBTI® debriefing on an individual basis.

Advantages of the individual MBTI® debriefing:

  • The participant understands the MBTI® reporting correctly
  • The participant can also 'translate' the MBTI® reporting to his/her practice
  • The participant defines his/her 'best fit type' (see explanation below).
  • No (debriefing) loss of time in the next project step (e.g. team building)
  • The participant is better capable of implementing the MBTI® insights, during the projects, but also afterwards in the daily working/living environment.

The individual MBTI® debriefing is conducted as follows…

  • This interview lasts 1h30/pp (step 1) or 2h/pp (Step 2) and is fully in accordance with the professional debriefing method as instructed by OPP® (www.opp.eu.com)
  • Content
    • Trainer-coach and participant meet
    • Basic explanation of MBTI®
    • Self Assessed Type: the participant anticipates his/her type (the report is not shown yet)
    • Reported Type: coach and participant discuss the report
    • Best-Fit Type: if there is a difference between 'self assessed type' (3) and reported type (4) coach and participant together search for the 'best fit type'. It is very important to do this professionally!
